In silver, a seven point star with clusters of five faceted rays, a crescent moon and star separating each cluster, the center medallion features the Sultan Abdul Meijids royal cypher surrounded by a Turkish inscription within burgundy enamels, the reverse is plain, suspended from a swivel red enamelled crescent moon and star, worn on a small original ribbon, measures 18. 6mm (w) x 26. 3 mm (h to
